I’m not here to force deals or perform miracles. The numbers have to make sense. When they do, I’m good at getting tight deals across the finish line with clear communication and no games.

I buy houses, yeah — but I’ve also been in situations where I needed help. That’s why I do business the way I do: with honesty, flexibility, and respect.

My background in aviation shaped a lot of who I am. As a pilot, you learn to stay calm under pressure, make quick decisions with limited information, and always double-check the details. That mindset carries into how I handle real estate: steady, focused, and with a clear plan.
