Question 1: How long does the process take?

Upon a agreement on pricing, and terms, we can have closing as early as 2-3 weeks, or even 4-6 months down the line.

Question 2: How do I know you're not going to waste my time?

Included in any property we want to move forward with, we have a minimum earnest money deposit set at $3,000. This is deposited into an escrow account from the agreed upon title company.

Question 3: Do I need to have walkthroughs?

We only need 2 access times to the property at most, about 15-30 minutes each time to confirm conditions mentioned to us on our initial call.

Question 4: How am I protected?

I only buy in Title States. Meaning, any sale of private property will be performed through a local title company of yours or ours choosing. Licensed real-estate attorneys and escrow officers will verify any and all agreements including verifying funds before closing.
